I hate hospitals.

So I've had quite a week. Last Wednesday Caitlyn started feeling sick. I ended up staying home with her on Thursday and Friday. On Sunday she seemed to be feeling much better. She was playing with her sisters and running around. She even went to school on Monday. On Tuesday morning she told me she didn't feel good, but I sent her to school anyway. The school ended up calling me. So I called the Dr's office and made her an appt. I picked her up and took her in. We sat for about 40 mins before we even went back. Her Dr had a x-ray done on her chest then started her on a breathing treatment. Then she told me that Catie has pneumonia. So of course I'm getting worried. They ended up giving her 3 breathing treatment and a steroid shot. Her oxygen levels wouldn't go up. They stayed at 88%. So they decided to put her on oxygen. After being at the office for over 3 hours they decided to admit her to the hospital. So Rob and I drove her to Carson Tahoe hospital. They kept her on oxygen. We finally saw a Dr. at around 6:30. At around 11 they finally put an IV in her and gave her some antibiotics. Poor thing didn't get much sleep. As she was getting breathing treatments every four hours along with all the other interruptions. We got to come home last night. She was able to average 94% with out oxygen. Poor little thing. She did enjoy getting waited on. They had a whole list of movies for her to pick from. I'm so tired of kids movies. lol She's home now though. She has an appt tomorrow with her Dr and can probably go back to school on Monday. My throat has been bothering me so I went to the Dr today. He said it was just sinuses. I was glad because I always seem to get strep throat. He also told me that my bp pills are working well and that I am doing a great job of getting the weight off. I've lost 12 lbs since Jan. I'm so exhausted. In an hour and a half I can go home and relax!

Some fun things to look forward to.

So I've been planning some fun things. It's time to move forward and enjoy life. Of course there is the Disneyland trip. That is getting closer. I'm getting so excited. I feel like a little kid. I can't wait to see all the things that were there when I was a kid and show the girls. They love seeing things from when I was younger. It'll be cool to see the new stuff too, but I'm more looking forward to the classic stuff. The Dumbo ride, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain....I am looking forward to the Star Wars section. I'm going to try and get one of my girls to do the Jedi training. They already fight with light sabers at home. Well my closest girlfriends and I have a Ya-Ya sisterhood group. We try to do something together whenever we can. Not just hanging out and watching movies. We started planning a haunted weekend. On Friday, June 13 we are going to San Jose to go on a flash light tour of The Winchester House. Then on Saturday we are going to go to San Francisco and goof off. Then at 7 pm we are going to Haight Ashbury to go on a ghost tour. It is lead by a man who actually goes to places to determine if they are haunted. I love stuff like this. This is going to be so much fun. Then I just reserved tickets to the Giants - Cubs game in San Fran. for July 3. I always try to go to at least one game a year. I'm just glad that I have some great things to look forward to.

Well today's Valentines. The girls each got a disney princess box of chocolates from mommy. I got roses from my boss. It's funny they did that so I wouldn't feel left out. The girls also had picture day today. Caitlyn's valentine forgot her stuff so she was sad. Makayla also had a valentine, which I didn't know about. He gave her a teddy bear, box of chocolates, and home made cookies. I thought that was soooo sweet. They all seemed to have a pretty good day. My friend Tiffany brought her daughter Peyton in to see me at work. She is so cute. Oh yea my daddy called me today and grandpa got his puppy yesterday. The lady had to come into Gardnerville so they met and know grandpa has a buddy. He named him Dude. I think that's so cute. I hope that he and grandpa become the best of friends.

They grow too fast!

Well on Sunday I had the Birthday party for the twins. I can't believe they are 9. I think they really enjoyed themselves. I made them a sunflower cake. Now that the party is done all I hear is Valentines this and that. Tonight we get to sit down and do all their valentines. Caitlyn has her first valentine this year. She's known him since kintergarden. He is so cute, but keeps getting teased by all his little friends. Tomorrow is also picture day. Wow spring pictures already. I don't like Valentines day, but I still buy something small for the girls. I hope you enjoy the pictures of my babies.

Lets Celebrate!

Friday the twins turned 9! I can't believe how fast my babies are growing up. I can still remember when the were born. Going to the nicu to see them. I can't believe that they were premies and now they are taller than their big sis. The girls spent the weekend with Rob so I got to go out. We went and hung out at Coyote. My friend was DJing. So we danced and talked. It's nice to get to go out every once in a while. We stayed out until 2 am. When I woke up I had the worst headache all day. I didn't even drink alchol, just water. It's funny how sometimes I still feel 23 and others I feel older. I going to have the girls party this upcoming Sunday. It should be a good time.
